Hi, I’m Wendy Ross—a yoga teacher, stretch therapist, creative spirit, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping people move and feel better in their bodies.
I began my yoga journey in 2018, earning my 200-hour certification in 2020, followed by becoming a certified Aerial Yoga teacher in 2021. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion for teaching and sharing the joy of mindful movement with others.
Before dedicating myself fully to the world of wellness, I worked as the Creative Director for DigitalHipster Inc. from 2010-2024, blending design, creativity, and technology. I also served as the Marketing Director and Event Coordinator for Elevate Akron, helping bring the community together through yoga and wellness events from 2021 to 2024.
While I loved my creative career, spending years behind a desk began to take a toll on my body. I knew I needed a shift—not just for myself, but to help others who were feeling the same way. That’s when I stepped away from the digital world to dive deeper into bodywork and assisted stretching.
Helping people stay mobile, vibrant, and pain-free is now my purpose. I believe that we all deserve to feel at home in our bodies—strong, open, and capable of moving with ease at any age. And I’m committed to staying healthy for myself too, setting the example for my students and family—my two grown sons, my sweet grandson, and my husband of 28 years, Matt.
Movement is medicine, and I’m here to share it—with care, creativity, and heart.
Let’s stretch, breathe, and move with ease—together.
